Thompson Road Baptist Church is a neighborhood church located in the growing Distillery District of Lexington, KY. Founded in 1953, we have been ministering in this same location for 64 years. We feel God has given us a special mission to our community and desire to be a light of the Gospel for all our neighbors to see. As the Distillery District grows and the neighborhood changes, one thing will remain the same–we will be here, preaching the good news of the Gospel and loving on anyone who seeks mercy at the foot of the cross.
TRBC is a member of the Central Kentucky Network of Baptists and the Kentucky Baptist Convention, and is in the process of affiliating with the Southern Baptist Convention.
